This recipe is healthy and delicious! One of my favorites!
Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 3/4 stick butter (or sub coconut oil)
- 1 1/4 T garlic salt
- 3 small zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- dash of pepper
Directions:
Cook angel hair pasta. Melt butter on medium heat in separate pan. Add shrimp and zucchini, sauté until done. Take off heat. Add garlic and cheese. Toss with pasta and serve.
